Please note that this is a second-floor apartment and there is no elevator. Guests must be comfortable climbing multiple flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The home accommodates up to 14 guests using a combination of traditional beds and additional sleeping accommodations throughout the home. One designated driveway parking space is included at no additional charge, and additional free street parking may be available nearby. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. This is a residential property with neighbors nearby, so we ask all guests to be respectful of our community and observe our house rules throughout their stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The home offers flexible sleeping accommodations designed for families and larger groups, including 4 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, 2 sleeper chairs, a loveseat sleeping option, and a cot. PARKING One free designated driveway parking space is included with your stay. Additional free street parking is available in the surrounding area. FAMILIES A pack-and-play and high chair are available for guests traveling with young children. SECURITY For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior/common-area security cameras are located at the main building entrance and near the apartment entrance/stairwell. There are no cameras inside the apartment. Please review the complete house rules before booking, especially our occupancy, visitor, noise, and quiet-hour policies.
